We have a range of beautifully crafted one, two and three bedroom apartments, individually designed to reflect the nature of this historic site. Our deluxe two bedroom apartment and three bedroom suite offer unparalleled levels of comfort and sophistication. All the apartments are accessed from a secluded cobbled courtyard, which is at the heart of The Lawrance, York. The three bedroom suite is located in the Georgian House at the front of the property, with splendid views of Micklegate to the front and The York Wheel to the rear.The Lawrance, York is perfect for leisure travellers whether for a short break or a longer term visit. Families are also welcome. We are also the ideal base for business travellers.All the apartments include a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The apartments also benefit from a combined washer dryer, iron and ironing board. All the apartments are air-conditioned.For entertainment the living rooms are equipped with 42 HD TVs with internet connectivity, DVD players and IPOD docks. There is free Wi-Fi throughout.The bedrooms either have a king-size or super king-size bed with 400 thread count Egyptian cotton bed linens, goose down hypoallergenic pillows and goose down duvets. Each bedroom also has a 32 HD TV. Some of the apartments have en-suite bathrooms, all of which have either a combined bath and shower or a fabulous walk-in shower.'Cafe 74 at The Lawrance', is open six days a week and serves Fairtrade coffee, tea, hot chocolate and delicious pastries and cakes through the day. At lunchtime there is a good selection of sandwiches, salads and other tempting snacks. Whether you're getting ready for a hard day's work or going to spend the day taking in the beautiful city of York, with a choice of a pastry, yoghurtporridge, drink and a fruit at only £5, the continental breakfast packs are the perfect pick me up to prepare you for the day ahead.£5 per personDiscounted parking is available at the local NCP car park just around the corner on Tanner Row.Payment in full is required at the time of booking for bookings made within one month of the stay. For bookings made outside the one month deadline then a deposit of 20% will be taken at the time of booking and payment of the 80% balance taken one month prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed. If payment does not reach us at the required time we reserve the right to suspend or cancel any booking made.
