From the North - From the A1 to A59 to City Centre, pass through City walls, through first set of traffic lights, at second set of lights, turn left onto North StreetFrom the A19 cross the outer ring road A1237 into York, passing the Theatre Royal. Turn right at the traffic lights, over the bridge to the next set of lights. Turn left into George Hudson Street. Turn left at the next lights and first left into North Street.From the South - M1M18 Junction 2 and M1 - J48 on to the A64 and then take the A1036 sliproad to the city centre. Pass through the city walls, turn left into North Street.From the East - A 1079 to the City centre to Walmgate. Turn left and continue past the Barbican Centre. Stay on the right and follow the one-way system, keeping to the middle lane to the roundabout. Continue to the next set of traffic lights passing Cliffords Tower on the right. After crossing the river turn right onto North Street
