Please check in between 18:00 -19:30. if you are unable to provide Astley House with a time of arrival. LATEST CHECK IN is by 19.30 pm. Later check in can be requested by phone or email by making use of our secure self-check in service. Thisservice is subject to availability and there is usually a charge for using the self-check in service. Valid card details are required and all cards will be pre-authorised to the value of the bookingwith a minimum amount of £50 (if the booking value is lower than this), when the cancellation policy comes into force at 12:00, 7days before your date of arrival. Payment is separate from pre-authorisation and there is a charge depending on card type, for paying by card. Please ensure that you have enough funds available for pre-authorisation and payment, as failure to comply with these conditions breaks the contract and a break in contract will make you liable to pay the cancellation fee. Pleasepay in cash on arrival, if you wish to avoid the card service charges.

From the A64 join the outer city Ring Road (A1237) and proceed to the 6th roundabout(A19 York or Thirsk).Take the A19 towards York and after 1 and a half miles you'll find Astley House on the right hand side opposite the church. The Car park is situated behind Astley House.Travelling by TrainYork is now less than 2 hours from London's Kings Cross station and taxis are available on the station forecourt .
